[Cook] Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Mmmmmm cheeseee. There's just something awesome about the taste of melted cheese.
I had a craving for it but I wasn't about to bake a pizza just for that. So.... Lo and behold the simple and sinfully good grilled cheese sandwich!

Emborg Sliced American Cheddar
Sour Dough Bread
Preserved Jalapeno

- Butter up 2 slices of bread
- Add a thin layer of water to pan and fry the bacon on medium high heat (water helps reduce splattering)
- Remove bacon from pan, toast bread on pan butter side down.
- Flip bread after butter side is nicely brown n toasted.
- Add cheese,bacon and jalapeno on top of one slice.
- Put other slice on top and press down.

A Culinary Dream - Cooking Elite Chinese Food

I have always loved food from a proper Chinese restaurant. Those with impressive 8 course sets. However trying to learn to cook these dishes has proven to be difficult. I could easily Google a western fine dining dish and get a good recipe for it, but these elite Chinese dishes were much harder to come by. Perhaps it is because the names of the dishes I do not know for certain, or perhaps these dishes are simply not feasible for a home cook to achieve, or perhaps the recipes are secrets passed down to only elite Chinese chefs. One thing is for certain, browsing food sites alone have not shown me any results. I have not found them, but I will not rest till I have achieved this culinary dream.
